Update: Forum Registrations Re-Enabled
« on: January 14, 2012, 09:57:39 AM »
Due to the current onslaught of fraudulent registrations occurring  right now (more than 100 in the last 48 hours that were activated and over 1000 unactivated since the beginning of the month) I have decided to suspend registrations for new users until we are able to implement new security measures to discourage these spammers and phishers from attacking the forums enmasse as they currently are. I would like to remind you that I have done this in the interests of your privacy and the security of your personal information on your computers. There is no need to panic as I have seen no evidence of any intrusion, data being stolen, or any other form of unauthorized access. Thank you for your time.

Update: New security measures are in place and the forum software has been updated. Unless we fall under attack again, forum registrations are and will remain open.
